Adriano Moraes is the only three time PBR World Champion and serves as a member of the PBR Rules and Regulations Committee and Conduct Advisory Committee. He is one of the most recognizable PBR bull riders of all times and is universally known, respected and admired by every fan of the sport.

Adriano routinely serves as a spokesperson for the PBR brand and is considered by the PBR to be one of the best ambassadors for the sport throughout the world.

He is one of the most knowledgeable bull riders on the intricacies of the sport and he receives significant exposure as a result. When was competing, Adriano was the most interviewed and filmed bull rider for his reaction to other riders and bulls performances. Adriano’s performance in the arena was always covered and was usually featured in highlights, PR newsreels, on the PBR website and in other places.

Adriano’s appeal is a perfect fit with today’s America. Adriano is an immigrant from a country that is not known for people of wealth. As a nation of immigrants, the American people are able to see Adriano living and experiencing the American dream as he participates in the fastest growing and most extreme of extreme sports. PBR Fans don’t view Adriano as a person looking to “cash in” and get out, but as an individual that appreciates the opportunity to experience America and its citizens while participating in a sport he loves.

It was no mistake that among all the bull riders – past and present - from the Professional Bull Riders’ Tour, he was chosen among the fans of the sport to be immortalized in a statue placed in front of the PBR worldwide headquarters in Pueblo, Colorado.

Adriano was unquestionably one of the best bull riders of all time. A PBR highlight reel is incomplete without him and his accomplishments. When he wasn’t on top of his game, Adriano was the first in line to congratulate the cowboys who are. Adriano is the model example in a sport in which the athletes care about each other, the fans and others associated with the sport.

As a result of his success, he is one of the most popular riders with PBR fans and, and there are more then 30 licensed products carrying his name including toys, games and apparel. After all those years of contribution and achievements in the PBR, Adriano had decided that 2008 was his last year to compete in bull riding.
